Open to All, Peer Works

Hear from Stephanie Reith (Group Marketing Manager) about Highland Coast Hotels and their community‑led approach to hospitality and sustainable local investment.

In this session, we will hear from Stephanie Reith, Group Marketing Manager at Highland Coast Hotels, as she shares the business’s community‑led approach to hospitality and sustainable local investment.

Stephanie will outline Highland Coast Hotels’ people‑centric ethos, including their Hotels Community Rewards scheme, alongside wider community programmes that tackle social isolation, support local charities, and champion Highland suppliers.

By collaborating with local suppliers and building strong relationships with local customers, Highland Coast Hotels demonstrate how community focus can strengthen business resilience and productivity, even in uncertain times.

On the day we will also present the Purpose in Business Guide, a practical guide to support SMEs at every stage of their purpose journey.
