Fair Work First is a Scottish Government policy initiative aimed at promoting fair and inclusive workplace practices, particularly among employers receiving public sector funding. It is part of Scotland’s broader Fair Work Framework, which envisions a working environment where fair work drives success, wellbeing, and prosperity for individuals and society.

This event is part of the Scottish Government’s Fair Work Festival, a week-long initiative to raise awareness of Fair Work and highlight its positive impact in the workplace.

Speaker

Donna Hutchison joined Aberdeen Cyrenians in December 2022 as Head of Corporate & Business Service before being appointed CEO in May 2024. Prior to joining the organisation, Donna spent 20 years working in both the UK and overseas, running a successful consultancy business that predominantly served the Energy, Engineering and Construction industries, focussing on risk, compliance, and sustainability. She has also been a serving panel member for the Children’s Hearing System since 2020.
