Don Ledingham’s career in education and leadership includes roles as a teacher, headteacher, and executive director of education. His research and experience in leadership led to the creation of the Ceannas methodology. He has authored A Small Step to Wise Leadership (2017) and The Wisdom of Knowing You Know Nothing (2021) and is an honorary professor at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

Lewis Ledingham is Co-Chief Executive of the Ceannas Group, focusing on operations and growth strategy. With a strong background in business development, he previously led teams at Allegis Group, managing strategic planning and operations.
