We are delighted to be partnering once again with BE-ST to continue our series of AI focused events for the built environment and beyond. This time, Peer Works will host a session as part of the BE-ST Fest West.
On the day, we will hear from Dr Alex Reid MSc, PG/Dip, MCIOB, Founder & CEO at Apsis Business Components Ltd. Drawing on his experience working in the construction sector, Alex developed an AI-driven software solution that helps businesses streamline complex project. He will demonstrate how Apsis ADW can help reduce admin, connect data and support better decisions by combining people, processes and information Insights.
While the event is primarily aimed at businesses and stakeholders within the built environment, attendees from other sectors are very welcome to join and learn more about the practical application of AI.
The session will begin at 1.30 pm, but attendees are welcome to join the full day programme or the networking lunch from 12.30 pm.

Founder and Chief Executive
Alex began his career in the construction industry as a sixteen year old apprentice, rising through the ranks from site operative to Board Director.
He has delivered landmark projects including Braehead Shopping Centre, Stobhill Hospital, Glasgow University Bio-Medical Building and many more.
Mid-career Alex completed an MSC and then a PhD, focused on construction innovation.
This led him to develop a passion for data, excited by the prospect AI and technology could transform the industry, and the launch of Apsis.
Alex also continues to be involved in project management and consultancy, brining rea-world experience to every aspect of Apsis.
