Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we work across every sector and job role. But what does using AI actually look like in the day-to-day work of other professionals?
Join us for an informal lunch session where you will hear directly from peers who are exploring AI.
Jordan Kay, Head of Innovation & Growth at Connect Three, will share how he uses AI as both a consultant and an entrepreneur. Generative AI has transformed the way he works, helping him develop ideas, build platforms, and challenge his thinking in a more strategic and practical way.
Natasha Lucic, Architect & Director at Kelvin Architects, will reflect on how an initial curiosity about AI developed into practical applications within her small practice. She will explain how AI is reshaping architectural practice across the design process and how as a business owner, she has embedded AI into daily administrative tasks and workflows through training, testing and incremental change.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share your own experiences, and discuss the opportunities and challenges AI presents for micro, small and medium-sized organisations. You will also have time to connect and network over lunch!
This event is organised in partnership with Built Environment – Smarter Transformation (BE-ST).

Jordan is passionate about helping organisations navigate change through innovation, AI, and commercial thinking. An entrepreneur since the age of 16, he brings over 20 years of experience building, operating, and supporting businesses across Scotland. Unlike many consultants, Jordan has lived the realities of business first-hand. He has founded, failed, scaled, operated, and exited both service and product-led businesses, giving him a practical perspective that resonates with leaders and teams.
As Head of Innovation & Growth at Connect Three, Jordan works with organisations to explore how AI, innovation, and new ways of working can improve performance, unlock growth, and future-proof the workplace. He is particularly energised by supporting SMEs and ambitious teams that want to evolve, whether that means embedding AI in a practical way, rethinking how work gets done, or creating the conditions for innovation to thrive.
Natasha is an architect and founding director of Kelvin Architects. With a Master’s in CAAD, she has followed the development of digital practice from 2D CAD through early 3D modelling and BIM integration to the current emergence of AI. Her work is shaped by a continued interest in how new technologies can be applied in a measured, practical way, particularly how AI might support design thinking, collaboration and the everyday realities of running a small studio.
