LifeScan is strengthening its approach to menopause support by combining employee insight, structured problem‑solving and legislative readiness.

In this session, Sarah McCarvel, HR Director for Global Supply Chain and the Americas at LifeScan, will outline the work completed so far, including the launch of their menopause support survey during October as part of their recognition of World Menopause Day.

While survey results may not yet be available, they will share the rationale for launching it ahead of the day and how the insights gathered will shape their next phase of work.

They will also highlight how this work aligns with the expectations of the Employment Rights Act, ensuring their approach is both compliant and grounded in lived experience.
