Joe Gorman, Managing Director, MacIntrye Chocolate Systems

Joe has over 30 years’ experience at varying leadership levels in manufacturing, oil & gas and food engineering sectors as well as serving in the Royal Air Force.

Joe joined Macintyre Chocolate Systems in March 2017 as Operations Director and was promoted to Managing Director in June 2019 where he successfully oversees the manufacturing, sales activities, implements the company’s policies, provides leadership and mentoring, develops strategic plans, controls finance, continually builds and maintains an effective management team and assumes full responsibility and accountability for company operations whilst driving continuous change.

There will be time for networking and interactions with peers.
