Marina Huggett (Chairperson, Achnagairn Estate) is an esteemed leader and industry expert in the Scottish hospitality and tourism sector, Founder and Director of the Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards, and has been included in the “Top 100 Women in Tourism in Scotland” every year since 2018.
Fiona McLean (General Manager, The Pierhouse Hotel) has a diverse background in retail, events, and hospitality. Since joining in 2018, making The Pierhouse Hotel a wonderful and inclusive place to work, and showcasing hospitality as a viable career option has been her main priority.
