Productivity Matters 2026 Refund Policy
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to request a refund, you must notify us no later than 15 September 2026. Refund requests received after this date will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Please note that the ticket price consists of:
- A £5 charitable donation to support our work.
- A booking fee charged by the ticketing platform.
Where a refund is approved, only the £5 charitable donation will be refunded. The booking fee is charged directly by the ticketing platform (Eventbrite) and is non-refundable.
