This event took place as part of the Scottish Government’s Fair Work Festival, a week-long initiative to raise awareness of Fair Work and highlight its positive impact in the workplace

Seonaid Mann, Fair Work and Equality Lead of South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) discussed their work supporting organisations and goal of encouraging fair work practices to be in place across all workplaces in the South of Scotland.

Alistair Fell, Co-Founder of Iron and Pine, will also talked about his first hand experience of introducing fair work practices and the positive impact that this had on his employees and organisation.
